INNOPOLIS, republic of Tatarstan, Jun 10 (PRIME) -- Russian Communications and Mass Media Minister Nikolai Nikiforov has suggested supporting domestic IT specialists with beneficial mortgage conditions, PRIME reported late Thursday.
“I think that we need a target program to support and retain our developers, including IT mortgage,” Nikiforov told reporters at a forum.
“If a graduate of a university does not inherit a fortune, and even if he joins a big cool company, he could not accumulate money for the first payment of mortgage…It’s an absolutely earthly domestic problem we should speak about.”
